Parfois, elle s’exprime à travers le fait de retarder vos actions jusqu’au dernier moment.

Comment l’identifier ?
C’est, en général, un aspect de votre vie où vous vous sentez « coincée », « fatiguée » ou où vous avez un besoin clair de changement.
En lisant ce que vous avez écrit, que ressentez-vous ? Quelles émotions se présentent à vous et comment elles s’expriment dans votre corps ?
Une fois que ces émotions sont identifiées, pouvez-vous imaginer ou visualiser comment ces émotions vous motivent ou vous démotivent ?
Voyez-vous comment votre tendance perfectionniste empêche votre progrès ?
Comment pouvez-vous changer votre façon de penser de cet aspect de votre vie ?
