Que se passe-t-il quand nous savons identifier nos besoins et nos limites ?
C’est une question essentielle, qui nous évite les tergiversations et le doute et qui augmente même notre confiance en nos capacités. On peut se la poser dans chaque aspect de notre vie (couple, parentalité, choix professionnels, relations, finances).
Quand on obtient une certaine clarté sur ce qui est bon pour soi et ce qui est mauvais dans chaque aspect de la vie, on avance avec confiance en dépit des obstacles ou des conditions non favorables. Cette clarté vient de nos actions, ce que nous choisissons de faire ou de mettre en place au quotidien.
On peut exprimer nos besoins et limites, comme dans les exemples suivants :
- J’ai besoin de rééquilibrer mon alimentation car je veux être en bonne forme physique et mentale
