S’il y a une injonction qui fait fureur depuis quelques années, c’est bien celle-là. Aussi bien dans le monde du développement humain qu’en entreprise, tout le monde répéte qu’il faut « sortir de sa zone de confort » ou « think outside the box ». Je pense que toute transformation nécessite de garder une ouverture d’esprit sur les possibles mais requiert surtout d’avoir un socle de ressources qui permettent de se mettre en mouvement. Ces ressources sont, justement, issues de notre propre zone de confort. Au lieu de chercher d’en sortir, il serait plus judicieux de mettre en place un système pour y entrer. Complexe ? Je vous propose d’explorer, dans cet article, 5 pistes concrètes pour aller vers cette zone où le génie opère, la zone de confort absolu où le status quo n’est pas admis.
Sortir de la confusion
Quand on parle de changement ou transformation sur le plan personnel ou professionnel, la confusion est de mise : par où et par quoi commencer ? Et surtout pourquoi changer ? Il s’agit du premier inconfort qu’on ressent. Nous avons eu, au fil du temps, certains conditionnements. Nous avons aussi appris certaines choses pour fonctionner. Des dynamiques se mettent en place, une façon d’appréhender les situations et les relations. Première étape pour sortir de la confusion : Désapprendre.
Voir les déséquilibres comme des opportunités
Remettre en question nos apprentissages laisse place au déséquilibre, comment procéder quand on ne réagit plus aux situations comme on l’a toujours fait ? Il s’agit, ici, d’une grande opportunité de changer de système de pensée pour trouver d’autres manières de faire. Une remise en question qui nous pousse vers la libération de notre potentiel et l’accueil du renouveau.
Valoriser les apprentissages
Si on se libère du connu et des conditionnements, il est nécessaire de valoriser les nouveaux apprentissages à travers les lectures, les rencontres ou pourquoi pas en reprenant des cours en ligne.
Se connaître
Un autre apprentissage très important est de développer la connaissance de soi. Nous avons, de toute évidence, des éléments factuels sur notre identité. Mais chaque être humain est unique et a ses propres singularités. Savoir qui nous sommes vraiment et ce à quoi nous aspirons est la voie royale vers le confort.
Trouver l’harmonie
Toute transformation n’a pas besoin d’être une torture au quotidien pour être valorisée. Si on se base sur les quatre pistes précédentes, elle devrait plutôt ressembler au confort absolu. Pour trouver cette harmonie, il est important de se reconnecter à soi via le corps (la sophrologue en moi ne peut pas s’empêcher de le rappeler) mais aussi en alignant ses actions et ses valeurs.
Le confort dont on fait référence dans la formule « sortir de sa zone de confort » est bien le status quo : cet ensemble de comportements, d’habitudes, de conditionnements ou parfois même de possessions (on peut applaudir la doctrine capitaliste qui a fait un excellent job de ce point de vue). Ce que j’appelle le « confort absolu » est cet équilibre que l’on peut atteindre où notre approche des situations est fluide, où nous cultivons la joie, la sérénité et l’amour inconditionnel. Un peu « cheesy » ? Plutôt en dehors du status quo 😏
